I had my wedding at Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza and stayed for a week in the hotel and can not thank all of the staff enough for making mine and my family's experience absolutely amazing. The level of professionalism displayed by each and every staff member is truly heart warming. They made us feel at home and taken care of in every way. I wanted specifically thank Mr. Shabaan and his team in housekeeping and I wanted to thank the front desk team, specifically Rudiana, Abdel Rahman and Ahmed Elsanhoory who made sure all of our guests who came from the United States and Cairo were well taken care of with regards to their rooms and reservations. And that I was able to stay in the suite I wanted the day of my wedding and for my katb el kitab. I also wanted to thank the staff from Abu Kir restaurant who were absolutely phenomenal in every way, specifically the manager and one of the waiters named Alaa. Thank you all so much and I would recommend this Hilton again and again to anyone visiting or planning to have their wedding in Alexandria.
