Worst experience ever in customer service n delivery !!!! Irresponsible , didn't even get the order and what they said is just sorry ! I recommend everyone to avoid such place and I will make sure that we don't order at work !

i am a regular client with daily orders from mohandessin brach, i usually place my order at 9 am expecting th freshest , today bread came hard like stone .

It is included on your website that you deliver to downtown, so after making an order and waiting for over AN HOUR, CS calls us to carry the bitter news that we :out of zone"!!!! so your'e basically willing to deliver from Zamalek to Dokki taking 6TH October route, but you can't make a simple turn downtown, not to mention the falsified information indicate don your website that you deliver to downtown. Honestly, you had my hopes wrecked about you. Tasty food, AWFUL service!

You may have tasty food, but you have the worst customer service and delivery ever. I made an order 10:45 am. It is now 1:25 pm and the order still did not arrive (2 hours 45 minutes). Plus the call center cannot be any slower. Also, last time the salmon was not good.
