You have the best ice cream and service in EGYPT! Amazing flavors, great variety, excellent service, out of the box icecream/snack options.. amazing place Staff are very friendly and professional. They are clean and always wearing gloves. The owner sometimes serves you which gives u a great impression. My favorite place in Cairo.. i always cant resist being around bel gelato and not going there for a treat �

Firstly, this is not an ice cream parlor. This is oh so much more than that. The gentleman is an artist who creates artisnal delights. He loves what he does and this love transfers to the gelato that he creates. My friends and I arrived as he was closing but he kept his store open and welcomed us in. One of my friends was fluent in Italian so between them they had a little rift in Italian whilst I enjoyed the pure cherry gelato. Not only would I recommend it; I would travel from alex just to eat there again. Hamza, thank you for being yourself and don't ever stop bringing so much joy to those who are lucky enough to taste your creations. Abdullah
