I had the worst experience this Saturday in westown hub branch. I ordered the most amazing desert in the world (torta tres leches) but unfortunately the cake came completely dry and smelling weird and tasted like it was made a week ago. After I complained, the waiter took it away and came back with a more soaked piece of cake that didn't smell as bad, but didn't taste anything like their old famous recipe that used to get me all the way to maadi just to have it. This one was a normal vanilla cake soaked in milk (no trace of condensed milk at all) and half the thickness it used to be before. I am really sad because this used to be the only dish in Egypt that i recommend to anyone anytime with full confidence that they will thank me later.. And more importantly because I might be about to loose my most favorite desert. Are you guys cutting ingredients budget down? Many of my friends told me that most of your food doesn't taste the same anymore. This is really sad

The kind of food that makes your tastebuds melt! Everything bursts in your mouth with flavour. The staff is very well trained and the service is excellent! A definite must!

Probably one of the best places to eat in at Cairo, great food, cozy lovely place, friendly staff, it's like a homey place with food quality worthy of a five stars restaurant

I loved everything about the food. Amazing food I was very impressed and very friendly staff. My only comment would be the cleanliness of the place. Floors should be a bit cleaner and entering the restaurant, there are a lot of flies near the door.

I ordered chicken enchiladas, the chicken was almost uncooked, it was bloody!!!! The taste was so poor, I was just tortilla either chicken, and cheese was melt on the top!! No spices, no corn, no beans!!

Awesome food, but unfortunately I went today to westown hub branch, reached there at 10:50pm, and the waiter despite being polite, informed us that they have closed as they take the last order at 11:00pm - it's 10:50pm.. - ma3lesh ya fandem, wallahi affelna el yom khalas.. Once again, very good businesses invest a lot building their brand equity, developing a big customer base and great products/services then comes incompetent labor to screw it.

Another great meal at the Zamalek restaurant. By far our favourite place to eat in Cairo

Food is great but howcome the menu is hanged on the wall? What if i am sitting far from the menu? You can print menu its not hard

Perfect steak, good atmosphere and service at Zamalek branch. I recommend it and will definitely get back again!

Best restaurant in maadi. Great food about and great service. Ensalada cubana is an amazing salad and the lomo saltado is a must.

From the moment it opened this was my favourite restaurant when I lived in Maadi. So much so that when I left Egypt three years ago I had them cater my going away party, with great success. Tonight is the first time I've been back in Cairo since I left, so naturally I had to stop in for some food, and as usual it didn't disappoint. Exactly as I remember it.

Is a very good restaurant, the selection of food is great from.Mexico,Peru and Argentina, the.meat is delicious and the plates comes in a great presentation too. I.really.recommended. Thanks to Mr. Mohamed Sobhy and special thanks to Mandela

Dears, we r regulars at Tabla Luna the Hub, yesterday Friday December 2nd we went to our family meal, we asked for the welcome appetizer which should arrive automatically and it never came (we asked for it a total of four times during our stay) and finally the waiter said you only asked me personally once and this is the second and sorry we are out of its bread. Also the they were out of soup, and out of avocados (Mexican restaurant??). The point is that one of our orders was a salad that included avocados and they simply brought the order without informing us that they were out of one of its major ingredients , until we asked again then they said they no more have it and by then we were not very happy and it showed, because they should informed us in advance (then they took it back and brought it with avocados (thank you) and complimentary mint drink. Pls if u are not ready for a peek day like Friday don't operate and make sure that customers are starting to be more aware of their spending and might not always tolerate.

One of the best places to eat at in cairo. Very hospitable and friendly. The food is beyond awesome whether you try the appetizers or main dishes. My all time favourite is the duck papaya. Dont miss out on the torta! Love this place!!

The place so colorful it brings joy into your heart, food is amazing and the Chief is so nice and amazing too! A must go to place! ♡
