My first problem when I arrived at the restaurant was I had a reservation. When I arrived the workers had no information about that and struggled to prepare a table for us since we were a big party. The service was terrible. No one came to take my order until I kept asking. They did not bring us the cover. I waited 30 minutes for water. I ordered dessert and after 30 minutes I did not get it and the waiter got me the check with the dessert that I never received. I tried to order a smoothy and was informed the blender was broken. Some of the food on the menu was not even available. The staff did not know much about the menu. Service was terrible food was average nothing special. When I complained I was told the staff members were absent today!!!! Very disappointed in the restaurant and I wish I would have went somewhere else for my anniversary.

The place is nice but the service is disastrous. Every simple request took a hell of time to be carried out to the extent that when I was telling someone that we wanted Latte he told me " estany 3lya shwya !! " My friend ordered ice cream and it took one hour to be brought that my friend had left. Another friend ordered cappucino and they didn't bring a spoon with it and we had to ask for it as it is something weird and the same for the soup. About the food, we ordered pizza and chicken mushroom, the pizza was good but the chicken mushroom was tasteless and the portion was v. small. I felt that the place is over-rated and doesn't deserve all these. I didn't enjoy my time there because of staff working there.

A warm, welcoming atmosphere, amazing live musicians, and top quality ingredients handled properly. Most restaurants compromise quality and freshness to lower their prices and provide big portions, Piazzini is not that kind of place. They emphasize on quality and freshness, their food is authentic and incredibly tasty, the music is lively and soothing, and the portions are actually decent. It's a package experience and it's worth every penny.

For me it was over-priced vs the quality of food and the portions For the 550 LE i paid for two chicken main courses (extremely regular grilled chicken with samples of mashed potatoes and like 4 tiny sticks of carrots) i could have been eaten in a worth paying restaurant. I hope you increase your portion against the amount of money people are paying.

I tried piazzini in its early days, and i fell in love with it Yet last time i went there, the quality has been changed 180 deg, the pizzas we ordered were cold n lacked of all the ingredients that were supposed to be in it, they have increased their prices and overcame the quality I used to recommend that place to everyone, now I don't I wished they kept the good quality

The place is supposed to be Italian and yet the pizza is the worst pizza ever had in my life... Service is not professional as we waited for thr order a lot to come.. The birthday cake was so poor and they didn't even light the candles while bringing it to us.. Moreover it was a piano nignt with extra 50 LE entrance fees however there was no piano just an electric Org.. Won't ever repeat the visit.

I am very disappointed from the fact that I went there on Friday at 11 am for breakfast to then get informed by the waiter that they only operate after Gomaa prayers. The facebook page says that u operate everyday including Fridays from 9 am anf it's on that basis that I went!! For me this is unacceptable especially that I had to make a long distance to be there!
