I’m really disappointed from designy mall of Arabia branch..actually it’s not the first time to have a problem with them..the first time I couldn’t find any one to help it took me almost half an hour for any one to come.. the second time there was a sale and also there was no one to help and when someone came after everybody was furious the answer was that we are busy and we don’t have enough staff to help!!! The third incident was today I wanted to buy a sofa bed and they refused to bring it down for me to try...am I supposed to buy a sofa for 5000 pounds without trying it!!! When I asked for the manager they refused to let me contact her though I was going to buy ..the only thing I wanted was to try... I’m really disappointed and I decided not to buy anything from designy or even to visit this branch again they are very unprofessional
