Yesterday I had the worst experience with Gaby's point 90 that I've ever had I'm used to wait for the food long enough it's fine but that's because your chocolate souffle is to die for and recommended it to all my friends but yesterday I and a friend arrive and sit down order the suffle and shisha and it came things were Fine till then.. I wanted a hot chocolate that's when I was told that the electricity was out and that I can't order any hot drink and the chocolate souffle was put in the feteer oven instead of the normal one coz it's out too and was promised it should be better I said OK knowing the standards of the place should be high.. What I got was a slightly cooked chocolate soup with a thin layer of cake on the side and this was the first time a ever leave anything in any of your dishes and it gave me a stomachache and when I asked for the check and told the guy that they should never do the suffle again in a different oven and that it caused me discomfort he said OK left and got us the check with guess what the crappy uneaten souffle in it.. We paid but I'm gonna have to find somewhere else to satisfy my sweet tooth.. Thank you
My experience at gabys was more than exceptional, the staff are friendly and warm hearted, giving a genuine vibe and reinventing the concept of proper service. Gabys unique experience however is better described under the title of employees who have transcended the food service industry, a few mentions such as Ahmed Ezat, Mr. Osama the general manager and Mohamed Ezz at, over the past years I have personally gotten to know them creating a friend to friend frame work on which a almost banter like discussion can be engaged. Always welcomed with a warm smile at gabys.

They have the best food in town! And a great staff. I advise anyone to spend his weekends there.
واحد من المطاعم الجيدة جدا في المول دائما المكان نظيف الفريق مستعد ومتعاون، الموسيقى متماشية بشكل كبير مع مود التصميم للمكان، الاكل جيد جدا مع وجود بعد الاصناف المبالغ في تسعرها لكن بصفة عامة الاسعار جيدة، من الاصناف الممتازة الفطائر واطباق اللحوم والدجاج لكن الماكولات البحرية ليست جيدة لسبب لا اعلمه وانصح بتجربة فطيرة الجبنة بالثوم والخضروات وشوربة الدجاج بالكريمة وستيك اللحمة، من السلبيات ان المكان يسمح بالتدخين ويوجد به شيشة مما يؤثر بشكل عام على المود ويمنع اصطحاب الاطفال حيث لا يوجد مكان مخصص لها

هوا مبدائيا مطعم شيك جدا مكانه عند السينما VIP جنب مطاعم فخمة تانية و المينيو بتاعته متنوعة جدا مابين البرجر الجورميه و الاطباق المختلفة اللي كان فيها افتكاسات جديدة
احنا جربنا فطيرة السيمون فيميه نضيفة و خفيفة وًمفيهاش زفارة خالص و جبت انا طلب كلاسيكي شوية وهيا فطيرة سجق، السجق نضيف جدا و الفطيرة مقرمشة و خفيفة و طلبنا لازانيا مكانتش حلوة خالص ناشفة و طعمها اقل من العادي
جبنا طبق شرائح كبدة كانت فعلا جميلة
وطلبنا شوربة خضار بقطع اللحمة كانت كويسة و كميتها كبيرة و بيعملوا حركة كده عشان الطبق كبير فا بيعلقوها على شمعة عشان تفضل دافية
كنت معزوم لكن الاسعار غالية شويتين تلاتة بس الكواليتي ممتازة يعني تقدر تعتبره خروجة اكتر من مطعم
تحس كده انك فى مكان راقى وسرفيس محترمه جدا
الاكل مذاقه تحفه وسخن الاطباق جديده جدا ومبتكره
المكان المفضل لي بسيتي ستارز لشرب الشيشه او شرب الشاهي ، الخدمه ممتاز ومريحة وبما انه مشكلتي دايما مع الاضاءة فالمكان ذا اضائته ممتازه وجميلة ..
