مطعم ايطالي وسط البلد في الزمالك .. مكان ظريف جداً ، نسخة مصغرة من ازقة ايطاليا تحديداً العاصمة روما ، طلبنا بيتزا خضار كانت لذيذة وباستا سي فود كمان لذيذة .. والاجمل هو الاجواء تنسى انك في القاهرة كأنك في روما .. اشكر نيما على روحها الحلوة وابتسامتها المشرقة.. اكييييد راح اكرر التجربة

مطعم أنيق بتصميمة، لذيذ بأطباقة، لطيف بموظفية. كايروما، اسم مدموج بين اسم العاصمة المصرية القاهرة ومدينة روما الإيطالية. استقبلني منسوبي المطعم بلطف وبشاشة، وكانوا حريصين على تقديم الخدمة بشكل سريع وجيد. أسعدني الأخ شيتوس بخدمته وبلطف تعاملة.

المطعم جداً رائع الجو حلو والموظفين كلهم لطيفين جداً ماعدا الكاشير جيت بصرف معه ٥٠ جنيه عشان بعطي اوبر ١٠ جنيه لانو طلعت مشوار تقريبا اقل من كيلو واحد بيقولي حتصرف ليه ماتديه الخمسين وبوجه مكشر حتى مو بوجه بشوش ! ماحبيت هالشي خصوصا انو اول انطباع للمطعم ولساتي داخل بس بعدها في اخت شعرها اشقر كانت مضيافة معنا وقعدتنا وخلتنا نحس براحة واننا بوسط اهلنا وكمان الويتر الطيوب مش عارف اسمه بس شعره كثير ولابس احمر ويحاول يساعد الكل وساعدنا باختياراتنا وكان طيب معنا جدا وحنرجع للمطعم اول مانرجع لكايرو ان شاء الله بسبب هالشخصين وبسبب الاكل اللذيذ طبعا لكن يهمنا قبل الاكل الترحيب واننا نحس اننا مرغوب فينا وهذا اللي حسيناه من الكل الله يسعدهم ويكبرو اكتر واكتر يارب

المكان جميل جدا كانك جالسه وسط ممرات روما اكل ايطالي جميل جدا و لذيذ وانصح بتجربته عندكم بيتزا بانواعها والفوتوشيني ولزانيا تجنن الباستات عموما لذيذه وبوراتا تشيز وموزاريلا فرايد

Cosy place, seriously good music, epic service, exquisite food. Pure italian vibes in the heart of Cairo's downtown. The master chef is the owner "Mr. Salah", and I tried almost the best penne alfredo in Egypt. Also, I tried the salami pizza, and it was just on point. It's definitly my next favorite italian place.

Cai Roma is a hidden gem really. It is cozy, simple yet has its own taste of elegance combined with casual. The staff are amazingly friendly and decent. I tried pizza. By far the best I tried in a long time, the crust is thin yet not crispy and the overall taste is really delicious. Thank you cairoma!

A hidden gem in downtown Cairo. Very simple yet its coziness just grows on you. food is amazing, atmosphere is remarkable, owners are very friendly and welcoming and the music is mind-blowing. I loved it and planning on going again very soon.

prices are very expensive for value for money.... When you pay 10 pounds for a small bottle of water and are served with cheap plastic cup this is expensive...!!! The toilets are not clean at all... Pizza was good but missing some tomato sauce and origano... but rather expensive for the quality of service and the smelly wooden plate which was served on it.... It is a pitty the place has a chance to be much better..

I was really shocked that to know that downtown has a real cool Italian restaurant that serves "real" Italian pizza and pasta..I'm such in love with everything in that place starting from food ,playlist and the simple Italian decor .Good job guys it will be my fav place for the coming days!!

They’ve the best Macaroni with white sauce and mushroom I have ever tasted . In addition to beauty and magnificence of design, music and hospitality. You'll never forget Mr.Salah (the owner) and his Italian hat� Really, I love it.

You have to come to this place. Its cozy and the service there is great. Waiters are super friendly, ask for Fatma. Food is delicious, my personal favourite dish is the chicken pasta.

I shared a quattro formaggi Pizza plus a grilled chicken dsh with a friend and both are probably the best food Ive tasted in a while. After that I had a beautiful double espresso machiato that comes directly from Italy. The setup is amazing with an indoor and outdoor options. When you go, dont forget to listen to their story and how they originally started in Italy!!! Will go again for sure! #cairoma

The atmosphere is utterly magical! The music is mind blowing; Edith Piaf, Joe Dassin, Julio Iglesias. I found my whole all time favorite playlist being played in the background. And the food, no words can actually describe how delicious it was! It’s definitely a recommendation!
