I visited fuddruckers mohandessin branch with my friends. I ordered veggie burger and the waiter did not mention that it might not be available. After 10 mins, I requested from the waiter not to add mayonnaise on the sandwich (and he did not mention that the sandwich might not be available as well). After 40 mins, all the friends were eating their orders, so I asked the waiter the reason of delay in my order. He informed me in unpleasant way that the veggie burger sandwich is not available today. I did not find any thing in the menu that is seyami, so I ordered french fries. FYI, I had to pay 65 EGP for ordering fries, salad, and pepsi. I decided to write my review while sitting there, and surprisingly the waiter checked my review and discussed it with me. I just wanted my review to be delivered to anyone responsible in managerial level. The waiter was very rude and was not paying attention at all. In addition, it was very frustrating to be waiting for a long time for the food and did not get any feedback from the staff and after asking about the order and get a disappointing answer, no one apologized or suggested any alternatives. WORST SERVICE !

THE BURGER WAR PART 1 FUDDRUCKERS Burgers. It’s one of those meals that’s capable of changing your whole mood. If it’s good, it’s awesome, but if it’s bad, it’s awful. And lately in Egypt, some really good burger flipping places started to show up, and accordingly, some serious ratings and comparisons took place among our beloved burger craving stomachs. And from there, the BURGER WAR started. First things first, when speaking of BURGER WAR, all the likes of McDonald’s, Burger King and Hardee’s are out of the game. We’re speaking of thick, juicy and moist burgers. Not a tiny dry piece of a industrial meat. As a first competitor, there’s none else rather than the Texas oriented diner “Fuddruckers”, taking place here in Egypt for years in several locations, but I’ve been to the City Stars, Heliopolis branch. These guys play it really smart with a very friendly and helpful crew of waiters, and their well known all you can eat salad bar. Even though they don’t have a wide selection of burgers on their menu (Around 8), but they’re playing it really serious on the size game, you get to choose among three different burger weights (1/3lb, 1/2lb and 2/3lb) that’s equivalent to (150gm, 225gm, 300gm) respectively. After a quick look on the menu, I decided to go for a MEDIUM WELL 1/2lb Hot Rocks Burger, which has beef bacon (Of course), cheddar cheese, balsamic onion relish, ranch dressing along with a side of chili cheese wedges fries. The salad bar looked fresh and appealing, even though I told one of the waiters that they were running low on their potato salad, they quickly reinforced it while I was creating my own salad plate, which had coleslaw, potato salad, relish, Mexican salsa and topped it all with their signature warm cheddar cheese sauce. By the time I was confused whether to refill my second salad plate or not, my burger was on the table. As a first impression, the ranch dressing was in full effect, white cheddar cheese was proper and the bacon made it look even better, along with a moderate portion of fries. Before I take my first bite, I modified my burger with some extra cheddar cheese sauce and some pickles. My medium well burger was so damn proper, it was nicely grilled from the outside, moist and juicy from the inside, the bacon had this crispy bite to it, the ranch dressing and the cheddar cheese sauce made this tag team thing together which caused an explosion of flavors in my mouth, the bun was soft and buttery which was really suitable for this messy situation. This burger was truly a serious caliber. Very bad treatment, they asked me to leave the place because I got a pizza from another restaurant to my kid who is 4years old and the waitress asked me to hide the box as we have drugs not food! I was shocked and I didn't understand the reason, we are about 4 persons and they didn't accept my request to let my kid ate or I am going to leave very unpleasant

Fuddruckers will suck if their waiters and their managers don't learn how to treat customers the correct way. By the way all refills in USA, the restraunat does not give a fuck if 5 people drink from 1 pepsi. They take it as privalge that customers come to their restrauants. Not only its over priced compared to the prices in USA but the team are poorly trained and sorry to say this the manager should learn managment first. Customer realation is important. The comment box that customers share with you should be put in concern and not thrown out to avoid trouble. For the social media team of Fuddruckers thats if you do have one. The same message was sent to the Fuddruckers headquarters in USA. As well as to Fuddruckers middle east whom I think your franchiser is Mr. Yousef Mohammed Nagy. Maybe then you can take a step. Customers pay money for a service. So give them a good service.

best place to have burger, they serve a very tasty salad bar.
