harris cafe egypt it seems you don’t learn from your mistakes or take any actions against this rude and unrespectful manager mohamed shafik. Agreeing to MR Osama Mohamed below review. Yesterday the same situation happened to me and my friend, i was holding a bottle of soda in my hands and standing outside waiting for a free table (i hadnt even sat yet). This guy you call manager of the place mohamed shafik came to us and start speaking in a very rude way, shouting and wanting to fight out of no reason. I even was not realizing what was the problem or why he’s acting in this manner. I was really surprised of this strange attitude when The problem would have been simply cleared if he asked us politely to get rid of it!! The owner’s son was present and witnessed the whole situation. We escalated the problem and called the owner of the place MR. Mohamed Bassiuonny . He responded to us but at the end it seemed to me that this person called manager has more power than the owners themselves. Though my friend and me have been regular customers for a very long time, I second MR Ossama Mohamed post above as neither of us will be visiting this place again as long as no serious action is taken against this rude person.

The Heliopolis branch manager Mohamed Shafik is one of the rudest persons I've ever seen. Highly not recommended until the attitude and management is changed.

Best place, very nice memories, if I visit Egypt again I will definitely go there to enjoy another caramel cappuccino ;)
