Hats off for how our complain was handled
They earned our respect and appreciation
Incident took place yesterday when we found 2 pieces of glass in the volcano cake ( it's beyond delicious by the way)
I decided to call them today ( the following day for the event )
6:15 pm Phone call was at 6:15 pm to call center ( polite , efficient and took it serious)
6:30 pm a call from head of complain who was very decent and said he'll send a driver to:
A) refund
B ) send a treat
C) take the pieces of glass
D) open investigation at the factory
E) Inform the chef
F) call me back after 2:3 days with feedback
I said your attitude is enough and cake was eaten and guests enjoyed it , no need for refund nor treat
He said it has nothing to do with whether we ate it or not , it's a matter of principle
8:00 pm Nola arrive with treat and refund
Not only would I open a new page , actually the old page is gone and incident totally wiped off
