We all had the full seven course meal and it came with a few extra snacks at the beginning, and a delicious bread and butter. We each had a different favorite dish, and the flavors were a beautiful mix I’ve never tried before and might never again. I also love their principle of cooking every dish with wood fire. It led to delicious results.

Bringing us into the kitchen was super neat as well- it certainly makes you appreciate their style of cooking.
