‪pyramids Tivoli‬

Must say that this hotel is absolutely fantastic. All the service and shops you need. Amazing and tasteful. The staff is extremely kind and service minded. Something was wrong with the booking our agency had done, so they upgraded us for free after they asked us if it was ok!!? We got a room by the pool with direct view over the pyramids. The food was good and tasty. The buffet was good, especially the sweets after the main course. (Excuse me. English isn’t my first language) I can most certainly recommend it. We have been travelling the same way in China, Peru and Jordan and slept on five star hotels and they are not close to what this hotel was like. I have read the one star review and I think it is ridiculous to give the hotel one star because they only offered one water bottle. Maybe she was a difficult customer. As you treat others they will treat you.

Such an amazing place with great staff.The place is clean and the place is breathtaking. I spent a great time there 😍☺️
