Nice hotel... Amazing Nile view far away from dealing with the duty manager at the hotel who is not professional...zero at quality service...the other staff are really great... Hussain the one handling the house keeping is amazing ... the rest of the staff are friendly ...me & my friends really love it. by Nana
Its a great place to stay. Loved the service. Restaurants were super in terms of service and taste...particularly loved the Laksa in Kamala Restaurant and the Mixed Grill in Oak Grill Restaurant. Reception and Concierge were very helpful and polite with my service requests. And not to mention the Housekeeping team...the room was always clean and fresh. The upgrade to Executive level and lounge was much to be thankful for. Thank you Conrad Cairo for an awesome stay.
The Conference is being catered to, by Conrad staff, with a professional attitude, management is very responsive to feedback and will do all the needed to correct any issue. Hope they maintain this level of service. Food is tasty, and F&B service is very well managed, I would like to thank Melville the director of F&B.
