فندق في غايت الجمال ممتاز و موظفي الاستقبال في غايت الروعة الغرفة نظافه ممتازة وموظفي الفندق عامة في غايت الادب متعاونين الى ابعد الحدود البوفيه الصباحي ممتاز جداً من الاخر فندق سكنت في 6 ايام حلوين انا بعطي الفندق عشرة من عشرة 100‎%‎100

Nice hotel... Amazing Nile view far away from dealing with the duty manager at the hotel who is not professional...zero at quality service...the other staff are really great... Hussain the one handling the house keeping is amazing ... the rest of the staff are friendly ...me & my friends really love it. by Nana

Its a great place to stay. Loved the service. Restaurants were super in terms of service and taste...particularly loved the Laksa in Kamala Restaurant and the Mixed Grill in Oak Grill Restaurant. Reception and Concierge were very helpful and polite with my service requests. And not to mention the Housekeeping team...the room was always clean and fresh. The upgrade to Executive level and lounge was much to be thankful for. Thank you Conrad Cairo for an awesome stay.
