المطعم مساحته كويسة ومفيهوش تربيزات كتير فالقعدة مريحة ولكن العاملين في المكان بطاء والخدمة متوسطة والاكل بياخد وقت علشان يجهز ، الطعم متوسط والاسعار جيدة.المزيكا صوتها عالي زيادة عن اللزوم. ملحوظة: مراجعتي هي عبارة عن تجربتي الشخصية للمكان في الوقت ده يعني ممكن راي يختلف لو جربته تاني او تجربتك انت تكون مختلفه The restaurant is a good size and doesn't have a lot of tables, the seating is comfortable, but the staff is slow, the service is average, and the food takes time to prepare, the taste is average and the prices are good. The music is too loud. Note: My review is about my personal experience of the place at this time, I mean, a different opinion may be different if i try it again, or your experience mightl be different

رحت هناك وقت عرض كل الي تقدر عليه - اول يوم احد من كل شهر - سعر العرض ٢٥٠ بالضريبة والخدمة، بصراحة الخدمة كويسة والاكل روعة، كان في تأخير في تقديم الأطباق - كل طبق كان بياخد في تحضيره ٣٠ دقيقة في المتوسط - ودا كان بيؤثر على لذة التجربة، وفريق العمل جميل، وطلبت كذلك مشروب غازي متاح إعادة ملؤه - refill drink - المشروب كان ب٥٠ تقريبا بالخدمة والضريبة.. تجربة لازم تتعمل عالأقل مرة في السنة.

مستاء جدا من خدمة المكان، ٣ مرات اناديهم يجيبون لي مشروب وخلصت اكلي كله ولا حد جاء، علاوة على رداءة جودة الدجاج اصلا اللي جت ناشفة جدا وفيها ريحة جبنة

من اول ما الباب الازاز يتفتح و هتسمع صوت المزيكا، الشباب لابسين T-SHIRTS بتاعت American football و يستقبلوك بابتسامة جميلة لحد ما يوصلوك للمكان المحجوز ليك "يفضل تحجز قبل ما تروح حتى لو في نفس اليوم" و انت قاعد هتحس إنك في مدرسة في امريكا زي أللى بنشوفها في الافلام .. دا اقرب تشبيه فعلا للمكان .. او تحس إنك في ستاد .. وهتلاقى نفسك تلقائيا بتقول انا عاوز شطائر البرغر يا صديقى 😁😁 في كل مكان شاشات كتير بتعرض قنوات رياضية، ناس كتير رايحة جاية .. و عشان المكان واسع و كبير هتحس إن المزيكا صوتها عالي بس مش مزعج (جو جامد اوي) حتى هتلاقيهم كاتبين Eat, Drink, Talk loudly 😄 المطعم امريكي و دا اول فرع ليه في مصر، بس ليه فروع تانية في دول عربية زي الاردن من اكتر الحاجات المشهورين بيها "Chicken wings" اجنحة الدجاج بتتبيلتهم الخاصة BWR سواء مقلية او بالصوص حسب النوع اللي بتختاره، و عندهم 10 صوصات مع كل 10قطع بتختار صوص مع طلبك كمان بتختار درجة الشطة في الاكل بالتدريج ⁦🌶⁩⁦🌶⁩ لحد درجة ال One million و دي مفيهاش هزار .. لدرجة لازم تكتب إقرار ⁦📝 قبل ما تاكل إنك إنت اللي قولت و طلبت إن الشطة تكون خزعبيلة و مستعد تلهلب لسانك و كل اعضاءك على مسؤليتك صاحبك اللي بيقولك انا بحب الشطة و مبتحوقش فيه .. هيمضي إقرار إنه شبح و قدها و ياخد شطة تحوله لتنين 😂 و يمشي ملهلب بيطلع نار 🔥🔥 بس طبعا في درجات "Spicy" اقل و ممكن تطلب الاكل مش حراق خالص عادي ✋ مبدأيا كدة عاملين كذا عرض حلوين اوي هقولكم عليهم الاول و بعد كدة اقولكم الحاجات اللي طلبناها اول حاجة ال Happy hours كل يوم من 12 الظهر للساعة 5 ال Traditional wings القطعة ب 3.5 جنيه و ال Breaded wings ب 4.5 المقلية و ال Boonles ب6 "مخلية بدون عظم" ‏Onion rings ب 19 جنيه كمان يوم التلات بيكون بنفس الاسعار (طول اليوم) بس العرض بيكون على ال Wings بس البرجر عندهم بيعملوه بتتبيلة طعمها مميز جدا و حلو اوي و الكلام دا ينطبق على اي ساندوتش برجر عندهم .. بس اشهرهم (بافلو رينجير) دا هتلاقي في كل حاجة تقريبا .. حلقات بصل، شريحة جبنة امريكي، Special sauce & BBQ مع بيف بيكون و خيار مخلل و طبعا الخس و شريحة الطماطم و كل ساندوتش بيتقدم معاه كول سلو "عالمية" و بطاطس محمرة بالنسبة لذوقي الساندوتش دا على مزاجي اوي من الحاجات الحلوة اوي عندهم سندوتشات صغننة كدة اسمها ميني تشيكين سلايدر، 4 ساندوتشات ميني "صغيرين" كلهم نفس النوع بس، العيش نفسه او ال "Bun" عليه صوص رانش على الشريحتين اللي فوق و اللي تحت، و بينهم فراخ مقلية تتبيليتها حلوة اوي و عليها ميكس جبن تحفة 👍 شريحة بيف بيكون و تحتها شريحة طماطم و خس، الساندوتش دا حلو اوي للناس اللي مبتحبش الزروطة في الاكل و في نفس الوقت طعمه قوي و يا دوب الساندوتش بيتاكل على قطمتين او 3 بالكتير 😋 بالمناسبة ال Onion rings عندهم اكتر من روعة و من الحاجات اللي انصحكم جدا تجربوها (الاوردر حوالي 12 واحدة) خصوصاً إنها بتتعمل بتتبيلتهم و طريقتهم الخاصة و بتتقدم مع صوص "شيبوتلي رانش" طعمه حلو اوي كمان ممكن تدفع 40 جنيه و تشرب كولا Refill زي ما انت عايز، و عندهم كمان مشروبات تانية حلوة من المزايا الحلوة اوي هناك إنك ممكن تعمل عيد ميلادك هناك Free مفيش سيرفيس تورتة و هيغنولك Happy birthday 🤩 كمان ** المكان بيقدم كحوليات بس دة مش الاساسى

الخدمة زيرو من زيرو للاسف مش علي اعلي مستوي الاكل و لا المكان كان سئ جدا جدا و غالي علي الفاضي و سوبرفايزر شخصيته ضعيفه حدا جدا مش عارف يسيطر و لا يدير المطعم اصلا لما يكون في مناسبة يا عم مينا ابقي حط اغاني عربي بلاش شغل الانجايزي الله يكرمك ماتقوليش دي سياسة الشركة سياسة الشركة فاشلة و مطعم يقرف فعلا و الاكحول مضروب عيني عينك حاططلي من اقذر و ارخص نوع فودكا انا ماشوفتش بصراحة الرخص الي فيكو ده الصراحة لازم يسحبو منكو التوكيل او الادارة تعين اجانب احسن من الادارة الفاشلة و مدير فاشل

المكان عالي جدا بس واجهتني مشكله اني روحت ف يوم من غير حجز ومعرفتش ادخل وبعديها روحت من غير حجز ودخلت عادي

حلو اوي بس غالي وفي اطعمه لازم تتحسن ولازم يكون في عروض مشوقه زي باقي المطاعم بس بصراحه طعمه افضل من محلات مشهوره اوي من غير سبب

I used to go there since the first day they opened their doors and it was great and i loved it. The staff was helpful and the manger was great, and then as everything in Egypt, i guess, it went bad. I went there couple of days ago and it was the worst experience ever. The whole staff and manger are new, and i can say that they are unprofessional and unexperienced people especially the manger, he is helpless and cannot even understand what is written in the menu, they wanted to charge us extra for sone rule they just created it and the menu clearly says the opposite but obviously they cannot understand it. The manger started to argue with us and invited us to visit the kichen to prove his point of view and when we said yes, he took his word back and didn’t let us. At the end we left without ordering and the manger was fine and cool when i said that i’ll complain to the HQ. You have a great place and you are wasting it with these kind of people.. thats sad

They have an issue with the TVs and they don't air several sports channels although they are meant to be a "sports" bar. The place does not smell good due to their heavy use of detergents making it smell more like a bathroom. The onion rings were extremely oily and had nothing special about them. The nachos were not very fresh and came with an isufficient portion of dip. The wings were served cold, there was little meat on them and they were not even soft; the only good part about the food was the sauce and the french fries.

I went there a couple of times , loved the vibes , the staff is helpful so far and it looks like a good place to go out at , changing routine is a must every now and then and they’re capable of switching your mood Hated the music though ..

We went yesterday and we ordered the nachos supreme. The sour cream on top of it tasted weird, apparently it has gone bad. We informed the manager but he told us it's just heavy not bad. Still, he replaced it. Also we ordered boneless wings with roasted garlic sauce. However, the wings tasted like buffalo sauce not roasted garlic. Most of our party complained of stomacahe and diarrhea.

What a great place to have a drink or to eat something or to watch a game , I really enjoy my time every time I give them a visit , and best hospitality and management in Sheraton branch ��

Waiters are very nice The place is amazing Very nice food i took chicken fajita wrap served with french fries and coleslow salad Pepsi is re-fill I recommend the place

I visited Radisson Blu's branch, the bartender Zeyad was very friendly/helpful and made sure we were enjoying our time overall. The only reason I did not give it a five star is because they don't take reservations so you have be placed on a waiting list when you arrive. Other than that the food, staff and atmosphere is great.

Great service, Lots of tvs so it's the perfect place to watch big events and also fresh beer and the quality of the food is 10/10

The worst place I have ever seen ,it was my first time but I'm sure it will be my last, from where I could start , bad service, bad taste, even words can't be fair enough �

staff still not familiar with their menu, waiter -though very well mannered- couldn't tell me anything about the chicken wings sauce when I asked what is the crazy sauce is it sweet ? he didnt know when I asked what about the sandwiches he seemed extra lost and left the table in hurry without even taking our drinks order the order was very late took forever to prepare keeping in mind only one other table was occupied at the time the sweet curry sauce was very good, the fries portion was great but the wings itself were not meaty and some of them got over cooked the check after adding the taxes and service didn't add up to a good value

Been there for 3 or 4 times and every time I am more certain that this place got the worst customer service you will ever see. Here are some incidents that I faced in Sheraton's branch: 1- They refuse to make separate cheques and I had to talk to the manager just to make this happen. 2- Once our order has been mistakenly went to the table next to us, the problem is that when they noticed, all what they did is that they took the plates from the other table and put it on ours even though they had started eating. 3- Went there with a friend on a Tuesday at 7:45 before a champions league match and there were a lot of empty tables but they refused to let us dine in as all the tables are reserved (although they had a policy that there's no reservation before) for the match and we clarified that we came to eat and leave and not for the match but they didn't let us in. 4- One of the staff (kitchen staff I assume) was walking around wearing flip-flops.

Well,this venue was really promising at the time it was opened,however the service quality is constatntly dropping by time. Yesterday,I went to watch Spurs Vs City Match and surprisingly they were airing the match muted ,with dancing music (Mahraganat) in the background,and lots of teenagers (14-17 years old) were dancing and singing. When i asked the manager to unmute the TV in order to enjoy watching the game,he was very sarastic in the way he responded and advised that all the guests want this type of music (in other words: you are not welcomed here). The thing is that this is supposed to be a SPORT BAR and not a place where the teenagers can enjoy beers without any kind of surveillance, if you want it this way,you can simply avoid mentioning that it is a sport bar and that’s it. I was really dissapointed and left the place.

Very very poor service and food unprofessional staff...waited for so long and then they have told us "sorry the traditional wings is finished and we will serve you different order " and we left after 2 hours without having any orders.

Very bad service as I have waited for over 3 hours on waiting list and over 2 hours to get my food

I been at Radisson Blu hotel branch around 8 pm in 23/2 Friday Some of the worst costumer service ever. The manager and most of the waitresses were very rude, unprofessional and not well organized . They asked me to change my table around FOUR times ! Even the taste of the wings was horrible and raw inside ! -If you go here be prepared for disappointment !
