إعداد الأطباق ممتاز ولكن القائمة تحتاج لخيارات أكثر خصوصاً لوجبات الإفطار الكاملة والمتنوعة.. الموضوع بحاجة لخيارات اكثر من ٣ اصناف وتقليل كميتها .. القهوة هنا تعد بشكل ممتاز 👌🏻

طابون دخلته مرتين وتجربة ماراح تنعاد ابدا في المرتين هذي حصلت شعر فالأكل الغريب ان بوتري جنبه على طول اكله انظف وشيشته انظف معليش لكن تجربتي سيئه جدا مع طابون حاب اعقب على اللي صار معاي أمس جاني مدير الشيف اللي موجودين او مدير الكافيه بنفسه لي وطلب مني ادخل معاه داخل المطبخ عشان اشوف بنفسي مستوى النظافه عندهم وكان مستغرب ان هالشي صار من قبلهم وأعتذر مني وكان لبق بصراحه وتم الاعتذار بطريقتين لفظا وتصرفا تم تعويضي بجلسة كامله مفتوحة الطلب وجيت اليوم على الفطور صحيح ان الموقف صار لي مرتين لكن عجبني فيهم اهتمامهم بالعميل وتعويض الخطأ والمحافظة على سمعة الكافيه اذا دل هذا الشي يدل على إن الكافيه نظيف ويخافون على سمعتهم شكرا لمدير الكافي او الشيف على التصرف الجميل والاهتمام بالعميل تقييمي كان نجمه لكن بعد الموقف رفعته الى خمس نجمات 👍
