If there were ever a six-star rating, this may be the time I give it to a restaurant. This place is located inside the Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel and they definitely exceeded my expectations, especially on a night when I couldn't have cared less about food quality. I probably was also lucky with my choice of food because the Beijing Roasted Duck turned out to be the best Chinese dish I ever had yet.
And oh, the generous portions! They said the meal would come with a small side of egg fried rice, eventually the plate of rice in that picture didn't look small to me, and I'm used to large portions. Yousef (Joe) showed me how to roll the duck in the proper traditional Chinese fashion, Amir (American prince) was extra kind - they were just beyond professional! I recommend them over and again!

Food we got + rating:
- Pan Seared Salmon > 10/10 (you need to get this)
- Vegetable Spring Rolls > 9/10
- Chicken Dumplings > 7/10 (not the best dumplings I’ve had but were still tasty)
- Noodles with Vegetables > 10/10 (super soft noodles and the flavor was amazing)
- Sweet and Sour Fish > 6/10 (tasted okay but was expecting something different)
- California Roll > 8/10 (tasted like a typical California Roll but was still really good)
Since it was my birthday, they surprised me with their Chilled Green Tea Tiramisu that I highly recommend trying. It was so creamy and delicious, 10/10 best tiramisu I’ve ever had. (For anyone that doesn’t like the intense taste of green tea, this is definitely for you because you can’t really taste it).
The staff was super friendly, our waiter Kirolos was also super friendly and inviting, and made sure we were all satisfied with everything.

The whole experience was just breathtaking, from the reservation to the welcoming and the outstanding service. Every detail was well taken care of and Kirollos will make sure all your needs are met. Very friendly staff, great food and calming Chinese music. Much recommended! Thanks Chinoix!

One of my best chinese dining experience great ambience. The staff was very professional and maintained their service standards through the meal service enhancing the experience. Totally impressed with the service. The food was beautifully presented and the flavours were authentic. Great tasting food, definitely will visit again.

My experience here was amazing. The food was special compared to other restaurants. I tried the Pan Salamon and the Fried Noodles with Duck they were both amazing and tasty. The stuff is very friendly and they are very helpful. Compared to sushi and Chinese food prices in Egypt the prices here is reasonable somehow. I totally advice everyone who love fried noodles and Salamon to try this restaurant. It is cozy and a great experience.
