The tasting menu was very well-designed, and the food had great flavour combination and balance. Ambiance was good and the service was excellent. In fact, I find Adam's to be better than some of the two-Michelin star restaurants that I have been to! I highly recommend Adam's and I fully intend to return in the future.

Adam's is one of the best fine dining restaurants in Birmingham! From the moment you walk in and greeted by a kind member of staff, until you walk out everything is absolutely perfect! The tasting menu is delicious with all kinds of different punchy flavours and ingredients! The champagne is amazing and the sommelier presented it to us and explained the main notes and where it came from! The service is absolutely perfect, everyone is very knowledgeable, smiling and always ready to assist with anything! I was celebrating my birthday and almost every single member of staff made sure to wish me happy birthday. Got a card and a candle with the petits fours. Everyone pays attention to even the smallest detail which contributes to an amazing experience! The little gifts we received after our meal were a nice touch too! Definitely recommend Adam's to everyone who is a fan of fine dining! Well done to all the chefs and the front of house members!

The food is cooked to a very high standard. Every dish was unique & creative. Then the amazing staff really enhances an already fantastic experience. This is a destination restaurant and is a must visit for food lovers.
